Payment is expected at the time of visit. We take payment by Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Cash, Check or Care Credit. It is understood that the parent or guardian who presents the minor child for treatment is the person held responsible for the patient’s account.

We are providers for: Delta Dental PPO/Premier

Your child’s smile can last forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible to receive the best dental care whenever needed.

• We are happy to file to any PPO insurance company (excluding BCBS) once we have confirmed your eligibility.
• We are out of network for any PPO insurance plan, other than Delta Dental.
• We will ask you to pay your deductible and any estimated patient portion that may be due. We can make no guarantee of your insurance company's amount of payment, and it is important for you to understand that you are responsible for any portion not covered by your insurance company.
